Tiffany S. Rowe is the Owner and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Tiffany S. Rowe, LLC. Ms. Rowe has been practicing law for nearly ten years. She is a native Georgian, hailing from Augusta, GA.

Ms. Rowe earned her Bachelors of Arts in English from Howard University; graduating summa cum laude and her Juris Doctor from the University Of Georgia School Of Law.

While attending the University Of Georgia School Of Law, she participated in the Public Interest Practicum Clinic where she worked to resolve civil matters affecting indigent clients. Ms. Rowe also participated in the Family Violence Clinic, helping victims of domestic violence obtain temporary protective orders and resolve family law issues including child support and custody. In addition, she demonstrated exceptional advocacy skills through consistently strong performances in a variety of Moot Court competitions.

After admission to the bar, Ms. Rowe began her legal career in Washington, DC where she practiced in the areas of Employment Discrimination and Child Welfare Law.

Ms. Rowe has a passion for advocating on behalf of children and families. As a staff attorney at The Children's Law Center in Washington, DC she represented children in abuse and neglect, adoption, and guardianship proceedings. She also represented kinship caregivers and foster parents in custody and adoption proceedings.

Ms. Rowe has experience in a variety of family law cases including divorce, custody, paternity, child support, legitimation, visitation, guardianship, and family violence cases. She is a trained Guardian Ad Litem experienced in representing children and advocating for their best interest in contested custody cases as well as juvenile deprivation cases. Additionally, Ms. Rowe is a Registered Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. She is trained in mediating both family law and general civil cases.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Rowe has served as an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute in the areas of Persuasive Writing, Small Group Communications, and Professional Procedures and Portfolio development.
